Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select orders. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
